1348 - The Union of Valencia (antirealist) attacked the Jews of Murviedro because they were subjects of the king of Valencia, and therefore realists.
1466 - In the church of San Nicolás del pueblo de Villalpando (Zamora) they voted for the immaculate conception for the first time.
1520 - the navigator Fernando de Magallanes (Magellan) leads his ships into the sea channel he discovered between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, at the mainland tip of South America. It would later be named the Magellan Strait.

1570 - The Moors of Granada, Lecrin Valley, the Vega and other regions, are gathered in churches of every village and forced to go to Córdoba, and from there spread between Extremadura and Galicia.
1910 - The anarcho-syndicalist labor organization CNT (National Confederation of Labour) was founded.
